Return and exchange window
We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of returns
Items must be unused, not installed, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may require photo evidence or other documentation, and we cover the shipping.
Customized and sale items
Customized and sale items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Change of mind
If you changed your mind, you cover the return shipping, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within [7] business days of us receiving the item. Card refunds may take up to 21 working days, depending on your bank.
How to request a return or exchange
To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@athar-eg.co with your order number and photos of the item. Please contact us before sending anything back, as returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

المنتجات المخصصة والمنتجات المخفضة غير قابلة لاسترداد قيمتها، إلا إذا وصلت تالفة أو معيبة أو غير مطابقة للطلب.
تغيير الرأي
إذا غيّرت رأيك، تتحمل أنت مصاريف شحن الإرجاع، ولا يتم استرداد مصاريف الشحن الأصلية.
استرداد المبلغ
يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة خلال [7] أيام عمل من استلامنا للمنتج. وقد يستغرق رد المبلغ على البطاقة حتى 21 يوم عمل حسب البنك.
